During the program, you will get help to start up new good daily routines. It will lead you to create a new way of thinking about yourself, your health, your willpower and your future goals.

On four occasions during these 30 days, you will receive a 45-minute one-to-one online conversation with Fredrik. During the talks, we will:

  • Brainstorm ideas and thoughts about your goals, talk about your resistances and what you really want.
  • Go through how we can handle and get used to cold showers / baths through focused breathing, how we can regulate the nervous system and work on our willpower.
  • Talk about how to improve your sleep.
  • Set long-term goals.
  • Create better creativity.
  • Introduce more movement into everyday life.

With very simple tools and methods, we can create big changes!
